Securus Monitoring Solutions

Securus wanted to improve both the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of both their internal and external software and mobile applications. I established and utilized a repeatable UX framework to be leveraged by business, product, design and development teams. To support UI efforts, I created and built a UI design system to enable consistent experiences and faster deployments.
