AS the VP of strategy for mySidewalk I leveraged human-centered design best practices to improve the overall UX approach for product development. In addition, I established a framework for measuring the go-to market, product-market fit, and growth trajectory of our product lines against customer journey phases and key user journeys. This framework was leveraged to improve UX, marketing, sales and customer experience initiatives across company product offerings.

Results:

Team focused on leveraging research, personas, user stories/goals in sprint cycles and used the established cohesive design framework for building additional interaction functionality.
