I led what was termed the “Advance Team” to create a strategic design led approach to help the IRS IT team prioritize and focus development efforts for Enterprise Case Management. This approach was applied to 4 key business operating divisions and included a 6 week model of UX research, design sprint, prototype build, validation testing and MVP roadmap workshop.
Results:
$4Million service deal was awarded to continue the design led approach to roadmap prioritization.
Concepts were validated and organized into feasible delivery sprints to provide the quickest value in the shortest amount of time.
