Intel - QRC Exceptions Process

As the Principal Design lead, I ran the 6 week human-centered design process for imagining the future state of the exceptions process for Intel. The work included UX research, design sprint facilitation, validation testing and prototype build and was leveraged to help position the additional ways Pega can be a true digital transformation partner at Intel.

Results:

Client awarded Pega an additional $1million contract for increased license usage.

Work was expanded to include additional customer(employee) journeys at Intel.
