AT&T MVNO Troubleshooting
I ran a 1 day design thinking workshop with the AT&T MVNO team to jump start the initiative to streamline AT&Tâs troubleshooting process. The work looked at how we would build robotics and API integrations for 4 disparate systems to deliver meaningful insights directly to the end-users.
Results:
Proof of technology requirements were established, agreed upon and designed within 1 week.
Future state vision concepts were inspired by AT&T inputs ensuring we have alignment on SOWs and pricing moving forward.
